ABOUT BOBBINY BRAIDED CORDS

Braided. We produce them in three sizes using a highest quality cotton thread. Caution - they cannot be brushed out!

Universal. They work perfectly with various techniques and look beautiful in different projects. Good for beginners. They’re perfect for those taking up a new hobby, no matter if it’s crochet or macramé.

Junior 3mm i Premium 5mm. Those cords have a cotton core made of thread what keeps their shape.

Jumbo 9mm. The jumbo cord has an extra polyester core thanks to which you can enjoy its shape in XXL projects.

RESPONSIBLY

We are eco-friendly! We make our cords out of recycled cotton thread.

LOCALLY

We import the thread from a European producer and make our cool cords form it in a small factory in Poland. We pass our production waste to local zero-waste initiatives.

GLOBALLY

The recycled cotton from which the tread is made is imported from all around the world. Thanks to you it reaches those far away corners of the world back in a new form- colourful craft cords which you then transform into beautiful creative projects.

The recycled textile used to make the thread comes from both landfill and production waste.

HOW IS THE THREAD IN SO MANY COLORS MADE WITHOUT ANY USAGE OF DYES?

The textiles primarly cut into smaller pieces are then shredded until a sort of dust is received. at this stage the color is created – the shredded cotton in various colors is mixed in specific proportions in order to receive the desired shade. The fibers are then spinned into thread which is later delivered to us.
